Additional COVID-19 Resources for our Tenants

Dear Tenant:

We know that many of you have applied for the SBA Paycheck Protection Program. If you have not received approval or have been denied, we want to supply you with some resources for you to explore.

Congress just passed the fourth coronavirus relief bill to provide additional funds to the PPP assistance package. The last round went quickly. Now is the time to apply!

The link below is to a lender/bank that we have heard that many tenants have had success with. We are not affiliated with this group in any way and cannot guarantee success for you, we are merely passing on information. In general, we understand that smaller banks are having success with small businesses. It is important that you establish a relationship with your banker and have them walk you through the steps of the applications to make sure that your information is accurate and thorough. We understand that in some cases, applications are being denied simply because they are not submitted accurately.
